Try the resin tape where you put the silver tape. I've had issues with the silver tape leaking.
Hey Beautiful job! PLEASE somehow make a note somewhere to help people understand that you DO NOT mix the water that you used to test the color into the resin. Some people take things extremely literally. I just received a phone call from someone who said "Hey check out this video, they mix the mica in water first to get the color correct, and then add it to the resin". I understand that is not what you did nor is it what you intended to convey but that's what they understood. I explained to her that you could not add water to resin. But she was convinced that you had. Even after rewatching the video, she still believed that you had. She decided to prove me wrong. She also believed the resin calculator. She added one quart of water to 2 gallons of resin and poured it on a $400 slab of wood. Now we are waiting for it to cure. 😮 I am not in any way suggesting that you are responsible for what she did. I would just hate for anyone else to misunderstand. Love your videos and sense of humor! ❤
Resin is not food safe
That is beautiful – can you do a mix colour one next day yellow and green maybe or an orange with yellow in(actually I think that would have to be yellow with orange in??)

Would paste be better to use instead of plain mica powder or would the mix of part A of the mica resin interfere with the the normal resin pour? I f you understand what I'm trying to say!

Maybe because you taped the bottom but not the ends of the boards. The resin ran out the ends and down under possibly… just a thought/observation. Beautiful job❣️
Also you can lay the boards on grippy shelf liner when sanding or waxing to keep it from chasing it around lol
